About Baked By Wray

Hi! I'm Wraylynn.

I started Baked By Wray to offer an affordable variety of baked goods. 

My passion is to create cakes and other baked goods that appeal to a specific person's preferences. 

I operate under the values of affordability, variety, sustainability, and environmental awareness. 

I make the effort to conserve water, prevent waste, use Organic, Non GMO, Local, and Sustainable ingredients when I can, provide biodegradable/recyclable/minimal packaging, and more.

I am self taught, but I went to college for Business Management, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Entrepreneurship to further my knowledge, and become more successful in making others happy through my baking. I also worked in Bakery Customer Service for 7 years. I have an up to date Food Safety Certification, and Baked By Wray is a registered business.

Baked By Wray is a Black and Woman owned Home Bakery. Opened in November, 2022, by Wraylynn (23).

My Ingredients!

I only bake with Butter or Extra Light Olive Oil, unbleached flour, and I try to choose products with the simplest ingredients.

I always make my own caramel, jam, compotes, pie fillings and curds, and more.

Atlantic Ingredients: Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Icing Sugar, Eggs, Milk, Cream, Buttermilk, Salt

Canadian Ingredients: Vanilla and Mint Extracts, Flour, Corn Starch and Yeast, Baking Powder, Chocolate and Chocolate Chips, Molasses, Apples, Honey, Peanut Butter, Coconut, Nuts, Maple Syrup, and Marshmallows.

Fair Trade Sustainable Cocoa, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Non-GMO Oats, Non-GMO GF Flour and Egg Replacer

Cole Harbour Community Fridge Drop Off Location

The Cole Harbour Community Fridge is a great opportunity for not only the people in need in our community, but to help prevent food waste in our community.

They accept fresh, frozen, and refrigerated foods! In addition to ambient food items, and personal products.

Eggs, Dairy, and School Snacks are always in high demand.

When you come pick up your orders, try to bring some contributions for the Fridge, and I will drop them off!

Before your next order pick up, go through your home and see what you can find, and/or grab a few extra things on your next stop at the store!
