Wray's Buttercream
No Shortening. No Artificial Flavours. No Preservatives.
Sold in 1, 2, or 4 cup deli tubs. Pre-allocated for whatever you're decorating!
Available in a few different flavours, and many different colours.
*I will get the colour as close as possible for you. Simple colours only.
Made fresh, and lasts 3 days at room temperature, 1 week refrigerated, or 1 month frozen.
You may need an electric hand or stand mixer to re-whip it, depending on how it's stored.
This Buttercream is very susceptible to hot or cold. Easy to warm up or cool down as needed.
I recommend using a Wilton 1M or Ateco 846 for a basic swirl on cupcakes.
